After studying culinary arts in Lebanon, he pursued further training in Paris, France, where he worked in a prestigious three Michelin star restaurant. Professional Experience

At just 23, Charbel became an Executive Chef. After years in executive roles, he transitioned into culinary consultancy, developing and launching innovative restaurant concepts across Lebanon and the region. Several of his projects have become well established destinations in the culinary scene.

Charbel specializes in Lebanese, Japanese, French, Italian, and Mexican cuisines, as well as healthy and detox menus.
