Educational Background

Nathalie Salameh is a Lebanese actress and theatre director holding a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Literature and a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Studies from the Lebanese University. In 2023, she completed her Master’s degree in Acting Direction at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Lebanese University.

Acting Career

Nathalie has participated in numerous television series and film productions, including Zawj Taht Al Iqama Al Jabriye, La Ablik Wala Baadik, Ward Jouri, Mch Ana, Amelia, Al Ghaliboun, Esmouha La, Zakirat Al Jasad, and Majnoun Layla. She also appeared in the film based on the life story of Nouhad Al Chami, directed by Samir Habchi.

Theatre and Directing

Alongside acting, Nathalie has worked extensively in theatre as a director, writer, and acting coach. She directed productions such as The Blue Bird by Maurice Maeterlinck and Zawdeh, adapted from The Increase by Georges Perec. She also directed and wrote numerous theatre plays during her years teaching at the Holy Family School in Fanar.

Teaching and Creative Work

From 2009 to 2019, Nathalie taught theatre and directed student productions for children and young performers. She also founded Le Théâtre d’Ombres, a French and Arabic puppet theatre project combining children’s performance with storytelling. In addition to theatre, she has worked as a reporter for Télé Liban and continues to develop original film and television scripts.
