Bassam made history as the first makeup artist in the Middle Eastern region to launch a full-scale advertising campaign, capturing the public’s attention. He became known for his bold use of daring colors, breaking away from the nude shades that were trending at the time. Respected by global beauty brands, Bassam has participated in numerous prestigious collaborations. He was the first spokesperson for Clarins in the Middle East and worked with Dior on an editorial for a special edition eye shadow collection. One of his notable works includes creating an iconic smokey-eye look with a seductive oriental twist for singer Elissa.
