Education and Qualifications

Mervat Abiad holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Balamand. She completed her clinical internships at Haykel Hospital and Ordre de Malte Community Nutrition, and is a licensed dietitian.

Professional Roles

Mervat is the owner of Body Bliss Diet Center, a diet catering service, and serves as the Head of the Nutrition Department at Abyad Medical Center (AMC). She also shares her expertise through a weekly nutrition segment, Eat Smart, on MTV’s Alive show.
