Educational Background

Randa Dunya Fahd graduated with a Master’s degree from the American University of Beirut. She is an active member of several prominent organizations, including the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition (SCAN), the International Affiliate of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (IAAND), and The Lebanese Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (LAND).

Publications and Awareness Initiatives

Recognizing a lack of nutritional awareness, especially among younger audiences, Randa founded an educational program called “Grow Healthy,” a booklet used in schools. She also published “Al Rashaqa Wal Soha,” addressing health concerns for women and their families, and “What Can I Eat?: The Diabetic’s Guide to Healthy Food Choices,” offering guidance for diabetes management through diet.

Professional Experience

Randa has worked extensively with athletes of all ages and has organized dietetic menus for multiple restaurants. She previously served as an instructor at the Lebanese American University (LAU) and as a nutrition consultant at Saint Joseph School – Cornet Chehwan.

Clinics and Services

Currently, Randa manages two clinics: Dental Cosmetic and Diet Clinic (DCDC) and Berrylite clinics. She co-owns Berrylite Health Center, a diet catering service offering healthy, tailored meals for individual health needs.

Media Presence

Randa appears on “EatSmart,” a popular nutrition and health program broadcast on MTV, where she shares expert advice and promotes healthier lifestyles.
